An ostentatious helmet consisting of a skullcap and multiple neck plates. The shimmering golden horn—like protrusions on either side strike fear into the wearer's opponents. This Tosei—gusoku armour was said to have been worn by I i Naomasa, one of the four great Tokugawa commanders. Known as I i the Red Demon ( Iga no Akioni), Naomasa struck fear into the hearts of many with his elite Akazonae army, inherited from the old Takeda clan. Despite being a general, Naomasa is said to have fought on the frontlines in his signature red armour against Tokugawa I eyasu's enemies, such as the Toyotomi, Sanada, and Hojo clans.
